I have noticed that people sometimes change their opinions after learning more about a situation. An initial complaint may seem serious, but additional information can make the circumstances easier to understand. That's one reason I like reading discussions where people explain both sides rather than immediately blaming someone. Do you think public review platforms should encourage more detailed explanations from both customers and companies? How could that improve the usefulness of the information available to readers?

People often compare online platforms by looking at convenience and appearance, but I think the quality of the available information deserves just as much attention. Clear policies and straightforward explanations make it easier to understand what to expect from a service. Independent review pages can provide additional context during that process. One example worth examining is, where visitors can look for publicly shared feedback. The useful part is finding comments that explain particular observations rather than simply expressing approval or dissatisfaction. I would then compare those comments with the details published on the official website. That approach does not guarantee a perfect assessment, but it helps reduce the chance of making assumptions based on incomplete information.
